Visiting this website

When you open the website, your browser transmits technically necessary data to the server (IP address, date and time, page requested, browser type). This data is required to deliver the page and to operate it securely. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Consent and Consent Mode

Google Tag Manager

Google Analytics 4

After your consent we use Google Analytics 4 to analyse how this website is used. Cookies and similar technologies are used and usage data is processed (e.g. pages viewed, time on page, truncated IP address, device and browser details).

Google Ads conversion tracking

After your consent we use Google Ads conversion tracking to measure whether a visit came from an ad and led to an action (e.g. booking an appointment). Cookies are set and usage data is processed for this purpose.

Fonts

Fonts are served locally; there is no connection to Google Fonts.

Map and 360° tour

Google Maps and the 360° tour are only loaded once you trigger them explicitly by consent or by clicking. Data is transmitted to the respective providers only from that moment on.

Appointments via Doctolib

The “Book appointment” button is a plain link. Only when you click it does the Doctolib website open in a new tab and receive your data. Doctolib’s privacy policy then applies.

Contacting us

If you contact us by email or telephone, we process your details in order to handle your request. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR.
